Mafia Island Lodge is located close to the main village alongside Chole Bay on the island of Mafia off the coast of mainland Tanzania.
Originally a government-owned facility, the place has recently been refurbished and now offers reasonably decent low-cost accommodation to a largely Italian audience.
Although Mafia Island Lodge is a relatively run of the mill place, it does provide a sensible and reliable lower-cost option and we do find ourselves including it relatively regularly in trips, usually for divers looking to access Chole Bay.
Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean. A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia. It is a paradisematic country, in which roasted parts of sentences fly into your mouth.
